Refund Policy

I understand that things happen. Maybe now isn’t the right time for your wedding and that’s okay! You can reach out to change your date up to three (3) days before your reservation. If you request a date change within three days of your scheduled ceremony, you will be charged an additional fee because I blocked your date and time just for you, meaning I couldn’t take another couple’s appointment at that time. You will find these charges and descriptions on the Products page.

However, if you need to cancel completely, please note that full refunds must be requested within one week (five days) of reservation and payment. If five days have passed since your purchase, I would be happy to reschedule you (at no additional cost or penalty) but can’t offer you a full refund.

  • Say for example, you scheduled for June 15th: you reach out to cancel on June 10th. You would receive a full refund.
  • However, if you scheduled for June 15th and reached out to cancel on June 11th, your option would be to reschedule or forfeit your payment.

Once your request for a refund or rescheduling is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received it and will update you on next steps.

If a refund or partial refund is due, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as dictated by your payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
